Getting started

Hello all, brand new to this and watched some youtube videos, completed some google searches, and searched here as well. I may be stupid and overlooked it, but I'm trying to get this going for my son.

I have a lenovo thinkpad 20EGS04F03
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4810MQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2794 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s), 32 GB RAM and Win10 64bit
with NVIDIA Quadro K2100M and the most up to date drivers.

It's an older laptop, and I mostly use it for browsing and some photo editing. I've seen posts/links of people with this graphics card and laptop utilizing it solely for streaming, so just trying to get something going as something for my kid.

My issues are as follows:

- At first I was receiving: The installed NVIDIA driver does not support this NVENC version, try /link updating the driver.

I have since updated the NVIDIA driver to the most up to date version - Version: R418 U8 (426.50), and only get this message after initial startup of the software and first attempt at starting to record. After that, I then receive the following every time.

"Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

The log shows 'Max Audio Buffering', would that prevent the recording from starting or that encoder note above? And ideas on correcting?
