Garbage quality no matter what I do

I have been trying to use OBS instead of shadowplay because it has so many more features, but no matter what I do I cant get the recording quality to look good without losing an absurd amount of frames while im playing games. (Same thing with streams)
Game capture also doesn't work which is huge bummer.

Why RGBA?

Tomasz is right. In the log I can see:

Try NV12.

I tried watching videos online to see if they would help and one video told me to do so. When i used NV12, it made a difference but not by much. recording still looked like 480p, and i still got dropped 60 frames in my game.
