Game Capture is black and I've tried everything online

I just switched over from slobs to obs and it was working fine on the first day, since then my game capture has worked 2 times out of the hundreds of times ive tried. The audio picks up however the screen is always black. I've looked online and tried every fix i could find and none work, on top of that my game capture seems to have stopped working on slobs too. If anyone knows y this is and knows how to fix it so i can use obs i would really appreciate it.

I haven't yet and obs keeps memory hoarding and crashing so I deleted it for now. I did figure out that if you clear your cache on slobs and re-set it up it should gets slobs working again, at least it did for me. Still would rather use obs so when I get a fix ill lyk
