Hey, I'm having problems with frames dropping, when I'm streaming and the game is already open I have 60fps but as soon as I click on the game my fps drops to 14 I've tried changing the resolution from 720 to 1080, changed the encoder, changed the frame rate from 30 to 60 and nothing. It never did that but since yesterday started doing this I have no idea why. And when I say fps is dropping is not the game, the game runs fine It's the livestream that has frame drops. I just got a new motherboard and processor that are way better and stronger than the ones I used to have and it never did that, I've been streaming with my new setup for a month now and this issue only appeared now, so it's not my setup.
