Frames missed due to rendering lag while Streaming Rainbow 6

Can anybody help me

I use OBS for streaming R6s and I got Frames missed due to rendering lag I don't know how to fix it. I had try to use graphic card or CPU for encoding but it doesn't fix , lower bitrate or lower preset it doesn't fix it too.

but it doesn't happen to other game like DBDL or Apex.

My PC component

Ryzen 5 2600 / Ram G.Skill 8x2 bus 2133 / GTX 1060 6GB

obs setting:
update to latest obs version
in output tab, use encoder nvenc (new)
set encoder preset to high performance
in advanced tab, set process priority to high

nividia control panel setting:
update to latest nvidia gpu driver
in manage 3d settings, scroll down until you find vertical sync, set to fast or adaptive

in game (rainbow 6) setting:
launch the game with vulkan, can select vulkan thru steam
enable vsync

if you did not understand or still having the issue, do screen shot your obs setting and nvidia control panel.

my bad, at nvidia control panel, set vsync to fast only. no adaptive.
