Question / Help Frame Rate Output too low

Hey Folks, I made the switch to OBS a while back after OS updates finally rendered FMLE dead. I have tried a number of settings, more encoding/less encoding, but still get a very poor 10-11fps at output which does leave movement on camera a little jerky. I didn't have this issue in FMLE, with the same hardware. Any suggestions would be warmly received. Cheers in advance.

I have noticed when in "studio mode" the frame rate is low as I mentioned but as soon as I switch out of it, it goes up to 30fps.
