Question / Help FPS drops when playing games such as LOL

i get fps drops when obs studio is capturing my games and obs is not even recording or streaming . Usually i get like 180 fps average on max settings when playing LoL. I tried everything. can someone help me pleaseee:(

Specs: asus rog strix gl703ge
cpu: i7-8750h
ram: 16gb ddr4
gpu: geforce gtx 1050 ti
oh and im playing on 120 hz monitor

when i switch obs into gpu i get black screen

You get a black screen, because you continue to use display capture.
Use window capture for the LoL lobby and game capture for the actual game.
