Recently i bought a HP VICTUS gaming laptop
i7 , 16GB ram , 6GB RTX 3060....games are working really fine...and i got OBS and use as normal.1080 base canvas...output 720..4500 bitrate....yet i have fps drop on everygame...i lowered output canvas and bitrate also but its still same....my thoughts are the pc boost everything on the game because of that most of my gpu and network is grabbed by the game without sharing with obs....any idea how to fix....plz help
