I'm running a Ryzen 2600x, 16gigglebits of ddr4 ram, and an RX 560 4gb (which will be upgraded soon) running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro.
If I play Forza Horizon 3 at any settings but lock the game to 30 fps, everything is fine! Nothing wrong there.
But, if I up the lock to 60, or my monitors default of 75, then my stream gets all laggy and ugly, even though my CPU is barely hitting 50% usage.
I actually can't play the game at anything under 60 because my monitor is, or at least seems to be, faulty in that if the framerate shown on screen drops below a certain point then the whole monitor starts microflickering, and it gets worse and worse to the point where I think it's going to start causing permanent damage to the panel.
Is there any solutions you guys can think of that would help? I know full well my system can handle streaming at 1080p60fps at something like 4500 bitrate because I've done exactly that with other demanding games and had no problems at all.
