Question / Help Fortnite lag spikes and lag while streaming

Hello,
I want to stream on twitch but there is an issue it is just lagging......
I tried to fix it i watched a lot of youtube video's but couldn't find out what it made so laggy
here is my last log file while streaming fortnite:

What do you exactly mean with "so laggy"? From the log, there is only minor lag recorded, possibly not visible. But you are streaming with a bitrate of 2900, which is too low for a resolution of 1920x1080. Your video probably looks blurry and pixelated, especially on fast movement. You can fix this by either increase the bitrate to a minimum of 3500, better 5000 (if your internet upload allows this), and/or downscaling your output to 1280x720.
