First time going live each day causes bitrate to drop

Good afternoon,

I am having an issue where the first time I start stream each day, the bitrate will drop anytime audio is captured, even my mic audio from me talking causes the bitrate to drop. The weirdest part is that if I stop stream and start again, everything works just fine. I have absolutely no clue why this is happening. There are no error logs or anything so I am not sure what I can provide. Is the bitrate monitor just broken in the latest update? People in stream were saying it looked fine so I don't understand.

Have you reviewed the OBS log for warning/errors, etc?
real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding. Some audio filters/effects are known for being CPU intensive.

I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues and https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues
The same real-time monitoring need exists for your LAN and WAN (ISP) connection
