Filename Formatting - How to?

Hi guys!

Apologies in advance if this is an obvious answer - I am formatting my directories so that all my recordings are how I want them to be. As you may already know, you can set your directory by the day of the number of the month followed by the year (%MM-%DD-%CCYY)

I would like it however to say the month's NAME instead of the number it shows, so it instead says "January" for example followed by the day then the year.

Is this possible and if so what's the syntax for it?

Thank you.

You see all macros if you hover with the mouse over the filename formatting input field, then let it stay for 1 second. A list pops up.

Thanks so much, I had no idea of this feature (obviously). I've been using OBS for YEARS. YEARS!!!

Thank you, and if anyone wants to know, it's %b (abbreviated month name) or %B (full month name).

Thanks :)
