Failed to Connect to Server

Hello Everyone: Following a recent upgrade to our Internet service, I am getting the following OBS Error message when I try to Start Streaming:

Failed to Connect to Server

Hostname found, but no data of the requested type. This can occur if you have bound to an IPv6 address and your streaming service only has IPv4 addresses. (See Settings => Advanced)


I am assuming that this error is related to the configuration of the new modem, but I don't know whether the fix is something to be changed in the modem or in OBS Settings.

In the OBS Advanced/Network settings, Bind to IP is set to Default, and IP Family is set to IPv4/IPv6 (Default). Can the problem be resolved by changing either of these settings?
