Hi i've been streaming fb.gg level up program which means i can stream 60fps 1080p. But my problem is it's not like the other streamers videos, Their fps on their stream is really smooth compared to mine. DL and Upload speed is at 200mbps. For example CSGO: between switching weapons and knives, it's really crisp and smooth (no tearing) but in my stream it feels like it's not 60fps. There is no problem with IN GAME FPS, no tearing in game and no jittering as well. The only problem is my stream video outputs. Seems like it's not 60fps. I hope someone could help me with this.
