Eyedropper tool for Chroma Key filter

Hi developers,

I'd like to see an Eyedropper tool like in Photoshop for the Chroma Key filter.
While it's possible to play around with the sliders in the filter, such a tool top just pick a color somewhere on the screen(s) would be great!
A quick forum search for 'eyedropper' found a similar request in 2016... ;)

Thanks for reading, even more thanks for doing :D

Hey great thanks!
I totally overlooked this button within the select color feature...
So 'already solved' ;)

Hi, I know this is an old solved thread, but I have an issue with this. The color picker only works within the filters>Chromakey>Key color dialogue, not elsewhere on the screen or other windows.
Any ideas?

This is already possible. Just click "Select color" -> "Pick Screen Color".
Wow! This is not obvious at all. Eyedropper is the UNIVERSAL way to show people this exists. I STRONGLY recommend that developers change the 'Pick Screen Color' button to an Eyedropper icon (you can still tell people that its for picking the screen colour with mouseover). Thank God the functionality has already been solved. Thank you!

The software is definitely messy. I'm not sure if the developers want to refine it to give us a better user interface.
