Error: "Could not access the specified channel, or stream key"

Hello, I am having problems streaming on Twitch, I keep getting the error: "Could not access the specified channel, or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server."

Things I tried that didn't work:
- I tried connecting to different servers.
- Tried resetting my stream key and made sure it was correct when I input it on OBS.
- Restarted PC.
- Reset OBS several times under the "Run as administrator" option.
- Restarted my router.
- Deleted McAfee in case of conflicts with firewalls.

I attached my log file, I hope it helps, and thank you in advance for your help and time!

I was streaming today and got disconnected out of nowhere. Now when I try to connect my stream again, I get the same error message. I tried the same solutions as well. Some help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having this problem as well. Just started today it seems. I can't log on, same message. Occasionally it does "connect" but it drops all frames.

Do you have working IPv6 connectivity? Try https://test-ipv6.com/

Ran the site, here's what it gave me:

Test with IPv4 DNS record ok (0.106s) using ipv4
Test with IPv6 DNS record ok (0.094s) using ipv6
Test with Dual Stack DNS record ok (0.033s) using ipv6
Test for Dual Stack DNS and large packet ok (3.580s) using ipv6
Test IPv6 large packet ok (3.194s) using ipv6
Test if your ISP's DNS server uses IPv6 ok (0.033s) using ipv6
Find IPv4 Service Provider ok (0.232s) using ipv4 ASN 812
Find IPv6 Service Provider ok (0.240s) using ipv6 ASN 812

im starter today with the issue but i found this server url and started to allow me to start streaming, i think is a server problem or obs issue, idk

I fixed my issue! I found this website:

And using their recommended 2nd option "Change the "Bind to IP" worked for me. I selected my Ethernet IP and everything was working like normal again. If anyone else is having the same issues I was hopefully the fixes they outlined in the link I shared will resolve it!

Note that binding to an IPv4 address isn't a real fix, it's a workaround at best. The real problem is you have broken IPv6 connectivity - Twitch recently enabled IPv6 on their servers which is why this problem is showing up now. As IPv6 is a major part of the internet, you should try and figure out why it's broken as this will affect your connectivity to more than just Twitch.

https://test-ipv6.com/ will help identify the problem - if you see results like post #5 where the "large packet" test takes many seconds or fails, this indicates you have a bad MSS or MTU on your IPv6 path. This problem is most likely on your router or ISP's side.

Test with Dual Stack DNS record ok (0.590s) using ipv6
Test for Dual Stack DNS and large packet ok (0.051s) using ipv6
Test IPv6 large packet ok (0.891s) using ipv6
Test if your ISP's DNS server uses IPv6 ok (0.614s) using ipv6
Find IPv4 Service Provider ok (1.317s) using ipv4 ASN 27747
Find IPv6 Service Provider ok (1.021s) using ipv6 ASN 27747

We have identified the issue and it should be resolved in the next hotfix. For now it's best to set preferred family to IPv4 instead of binding to a specific IP, otherwise you risk things breaking should your local IP change.

Now OBS will not connect to twitch ingest servers with a decent bit rate when my machine is connected via Ethernet. lose ~67% of packets at ~950 kbps. Wifi works perfectly fine. I started having this issue in tandem with the could not access error last week.

This should be resolved in 30.2.3.
Im having the same problem and it isn't resolved. I've tried so many things from enabling and disabling firewalls to trying everyway to fix my ivp6 my last resort is really just restarting my router please help I've been trying to fix this for hours 2 days in a row
