Encoding Overloaded

This recently started happening after I had to reinstall windows because of an 0xc0000 type error code...
I have all the drivers I need reinstalled into my system as well as chipset and graphics card drivers.
I have used these settings before, and now for some reason they don't seem to work as my encoder keeps on getting overloaded althought this didn't use to happen.

You need to make a new log You used the auto-config wizard without restarting plus you have no scenes thus nothing to stream or record
So, the log is not indicative of normal usage

Try doubling your bitrate 2500bps is too low for 1080p60
Even then 1080p30 would be a better choice at 5000bps then try 1080p60

Try limiting your display/game FPS to 120 or 60

Already have done. Overall I'm really confused on this problem as even put my graphics quality all the way down... this has never happened before in my time using OBS
