Encoding Overloaded

This occurs every time while recording VALORANT. My FPS in-game is stable at around 200 FPS, but as soon as I try to record the "Encoder Overloaded!" error pops up. I've tried switching from AVC to x264 but not much changes. I've also switched from mp4 to mkv but that doesn't help either. I am running OBS as administrator as well.
CPU - I3 9350kf
GPU - RX 570 8 GB

Disable it in windows

and my pro tip
18:45:50.208: McAfee VirusScan: enabled (AV)
18:45:50.224: McAfee Firewall: enabled (FW)
deinstall this shit the windows defener make the same job but uses less resources

Uh, just checked that log file. Says I'm running windows 10, but I'm running 11? Is that an issue or should it be fine?
