Encoding and rendering lag

Hi, I do live on Twitch and every now and then I lose a lot of frames (up to 22%) due to encoding and/or rendering lag. I have an RTX 3060 and i5-13600KF. It's only happened 2 times so far and I noticed that in both cases I was also sharing my screen on Discord. Can you tell me why this happens? I also started OBS with the admin but it continued to do so. I didn't have this problem before

I don't have any log file because it just occurred to me to open a thread here, but if it happens again I'll attach it, in the meantime can you advise me on something?

Honestly for someone to help, they would need that log to see what is going on. Cause without it could be many things and with that it would help troubleshoot little better. Cause it could be network related, system overloaded at the time, ect.
