Question / Help encoder overload started what I did not have before!

Hi guys,

Last week while I streamed on twitch everything was fine, no lag in my stream and no lag in my game. Today everything changed! I get heavy lags in my stream and obs started giving me an error that my encoder was overloaded?? how can this happen all of a sudden?

I found that when i stream without my webcam added as video capute device everything works like a charm! But when i add my webcam it all starts to lag again???
