Elgato Stream Deck stops working when OBS Studio run as Adminstrator

Hi all,
Does anyone know why my Elgato Stream Deck would stop functioning if I run OBS Studio as Administrator?
It works fine when I launch OBS Studio normally, but stops working when run as Administrator.
Both have latest updates.
Both a recognised. The keys just don't do anything when pressed.
I'm running OBS Studio as Administrator to prioritise the stream over the game.

Any suggestions?

And I have fixed it. I read that this might happen if stream deck software was installed BEFORE OBS Studio, but it didn't fix it completely.

Here's what I did:

1. Kept OBS Studio installed.
2. Uninstalled Elgato Stream Deck Software
3. Restarted the computer.
4. Downloaded and reinstalled Elgato Stream Deck Software. (All settings and buttons still there - thank God!)
5. Ran OBS Studio as Administrator.
6. Launched Stream Deck (didn't work).
7. Quit out of Stream Deck and Ran that as Administrator also. (this didn't work the first time)
8. Worked a charm.
