Elgato No Signal

Hi Everyone,

I have Elgato HD60S, J5Create(Jua165c), Samsung Galaxy Note FE,
I already follow instruction and plug it to the matching port, but why elgato still no signal?
or J5Create(Jua165c) not support ?

If it is giving a 'no signal' screen, that is coming from the capture device, not OBS. You'll need to contact Elgato Support for assistance with their hardware.
Have you tried plugging the Note into a TV to make sure it's actually putting out a video signal?
