Echoing Audio Recording

Hi Everyone,

I am encountering an issue where after I stop recording, about 2/3 of the way through any length recording, the audio starts to echo. I am recording with a three camcorder setup and the audio source is an external microphone. I find it odd that no matter the length of the recording, the echoing begins at about the 2/3 mark. Thanks for the help everyone.

Seems odd that the overall length makes no difference. Do extreme examples do the same thing? Only a few seconds, or all day while you do something else?

It seems to happen with recordings of over 5 minutes or so. Are there any settings you are aware of that could effect audio encoding?

Of course! There's a bunch in Settings -> Output. What you have to play with, depends on which encoder you pick...

I don't think any of them, though, would cause an echo. That's probably a feedback loop somewhere, with a long enough delay to perceive it as a discrete echo. If the delay were shorter, it would be "reverb" or "a weird robotic sound".

What's your complete audio system? Any possibility for an input somewhere to catch an output and feed it back in again? Maybe a Desktop Audio source in Settings -> Audio or an Audio Output Capture in a scene?
