Question / Help Drop Fps in stream , but game not freez

Hello all,somebody help me.

My Hardware: CPU: Intel I7 6700(3.4ghz) VGA：Palit GeForce GTX1070 Gamerock RAM：Corsair Vengeance LPX Schwarz 16GB DDR4 Kit (2x8GB) HDD：Stagate 1tb Motheboard: MSI B150M BAZOOKA POWER：Corsair CX-Series CX550M OS：Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Problem: I have a 2a screen, and I see on the 2nd screen how my FPS is down in the game, I do not understand what the problem was, it was not like that before. I shoot in game and my fps drop 10-30. And all games :((((((

Your GPU is overloaded.

You've got a display capture and a game capture in the same scene, which causes performance problems as well.

You can try setting a frame cap in your game, turning on vsync, or reducing visual quality options in the game.
