[DEV's.] Sound problem with update Windows11 detected

With the new update last month there's a sound problem with OBS when use a microphone or soundmixer.
The problem is find in the Settings from Windows - System - Sound - Input - (MIc) adapter - Advanced - Audio improvements.
When this option is put on the sound in OBS is gone or with many troubles.
Put this option OFF and the sound-input is back in OBS.

Is there an option to fix this problem in OBS?

The first temporary solution to fix it immediately is set this option OFF in Windows 11.

This depends on your audio driver, in general 3rd party APOs can cause problems and distorted sound in streams / recordings and are recommended to remain disabled.
