(English ain't my first language, sorry if something is misspelled)
As I am now streaming, everytime I happen to record my screen whilst streaming I am facing this problem where the whole capture just crashes and basically dies. The stream does not get compromised but it usually crash everything else I am doing like the game I am playing. Here are some other problems I found:

22:51:26.766: D3D11 GPU priority setup failed (not admin?)
22:51:27.510: No AJA devices found, skipping loading AJA UI plugin
22:51:27.510: Failed to initialize module 'aja-output-ui.dll'
22:51:27.538: No AJA devices found, skipping loading AJA plugin
22:51:27.538: Failed to initialize module 'aja.dll'
22:51:27.660: Skipping module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/chrome_elf.dll', not an OBS plugin
22:51:27.682: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded
22:51:27.696: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'decklink-captions.dll'
22:51:27.713: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'decklink-output-ui.dll'
22:51:27.736: A DeckLink iterator could not be created. The DeckLink drivers may not be installed
22:51:27.736: Failed to initialize module 'decklink.dll'

Any tips on how to fix this?

These entries don't indicate any errors. They're notices about initializing optional stuff. Also the "D3D11 GPU priority setup" is optional. It requires running OBS as admin and might help in case your machine is not very fast, your GPU is overloaded and there are not enough resources on the GPU for both OBS and some game you capture.
