Create another Scene. Having Window/Display captures in the same can cause issues.
Why are you using B frames in a recording? Worst quality of all the frame types....
P5 or P6 preset should be doable, uncheck lookahead/visual tuning.
So out of curiosity when I make a display capture or a game capture my monitor will randomly go black for a second like it’s trying to snap to something to view, it happens like every 15 to 30s.
