D2 Recordings laggy during any action no matter the settings? From what ive seen my equipment should be able to record perfectly fine at 1080p 60fps.

Start by dialing it back, run the game @ 60FPS & your monitor @ 60HZ.

Your headphones are at the wrong sampling rate, 44.1k

Create another Scene. Having Window/Display captures in the same can cause issues.

Why are you using B frames in a recording? Worst quality of all the frame types....

P5 or P6 preset should be doable, uncheck lookahead/visual tuning.

So I set my sampling rate to 44.1k from the 48 i was at. I changed to P5, and unchecked both look ahead and visual. How do I go about not using B frames? Should i just set to 0 for auto?

From your log.
11:57:48.294: WASAPI: Device 'Headphones (IHB23 Stereo)' [44100 Hz] initialized
11:57:48.298: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (USB Audio Device)' [48000 Hz] initialized

Just make sure they all match. BTW, OBS was running @ 48k.

So out of curiosity when I make a display capture or a game capture my monitor will randomly go black for a second like it’s trying to snap to something to view, it happens like every 15 to 30s. Any thoughts? Actually its happening with any source I try sometimes getting stuck in like a alt tab black screen?
