CSGO lagging with OBS open

Hello,
When I have OBS open my csgo lags. I usually have around 4-500 fps and I have a really good internet connection.
When in csgo with OBS just open (not streaming or recording) my fps drops to below 200 and i get sort of stutters and small lag (feels like I'm playing on a lower refresh rate). The lag is not massive but I can definitely feel the impact when I'm playing. When I am in a private server I can also see that my sv and var in csgo spikes at the same time my fps drops.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 5600x
RTX 3070
16gb RAM

1) запустить ОБС от имени администратора 2) создать в ОБС пустую сцену, где будет одна игра 3) захват кс го нужно делать с помощью попытки захвата рабочего стола. Обязательно запишите игру на свою видеокарту
