I update to 27.2.3. The crash problem occurs when I try to open the software. I tried some old versions and they still didn't work.
This is the log for 27.2.2(32-bit) and 27.2.0(64-bit).
Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated.

This specific crash is caused by your intel igpu drivers being out of date.

You need to update your Intel video driver. You have 2 ways you can do this:

  1. Update using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, available at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
  2. Update by selecting the appropriate driver for your OS and GPU, at this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
Always reboot your PC once your drivers are updated, even if you are not prompted to.
