tl;dr Don't record directly to .mp4 or .mov. Use either .mkv or .flv for your recording container. If you need either .mp4 or .mov for your video editing software, then use the Remux feature within OBS to repackage your file into the needed format.

.mp4 and .mov require very specific data to be written at the very end of recording based on very specific properties of the entire video. If the recording is halted in any way, or there's an error, or it just fails to complete the save, then the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. .mkv and .flv are designed to not require this extra meta data at the end, and can be read even after intermittent problems or an abrupt crash. All it takes is a quick remux to another format (this does not alter the quality of the recording in any way), and you've got a usable file.

Is not the case. The numbers, left to the each log entry, says about the time when issue happened. Find proper one.
