Had this idea of a hybrid workflow so you can use both OBS and ATEM ISO functions. It will require someone far more clever than me but does anyone know of or think its possible to send control messages directly from OBS to the ATEM. In this way it would be possible to use OBS to switch cameras rather than hasvesome scenes in OBS, then have to switch cameras on the switcher separately. This way you could also utilise the ATEM to record the ISO files as a backup and switches if that make sense. I dunno, just an idea because I want to use certain functions from OBS (graphics,, playback, wireless cams Etc) alongside the atem. For instance you could have a scene which uses cam 1 on the ATEM along with some stuff on OBS, then switch to another scene that uses camera 2 on the ATEM. If you could send a command to the atem to switch to that camera the same time as switching the OBS scene??? Of course that would mean you could use transitions or fades. I know there are 3rd party apps to control the ATEM remotely so it might be possible?
