Question / Help Constant Red square/ all the FPS drops / Low kbps

Hi, I needed some help with this.

I use to stream in youtube at 720p 60fps 2500 bitrate, but suddenly, about a month ago, my OBS gets constantly in RED and can't get over 500 kbps for no apparent reason. I have 3 Mbps upload

I've tried all the steps from the troubleshooting post, but none of them seemed to work (changing servers, using another plataform for streaming, disabling window's firewall, etc)

I even tried with 360p 30fps and 1000 kpbs and I'm still getting red square and 0kbps output.
I tried with older versions of OBS and still getting the same issue.
