Ok I've literally NEVER had a problem streaming before. I play PoE mainly and today I get on and I notice my movement feels a little off. I check my connection settings and I'm getting this consistent ping spike from 40 to 100 every other second. My internet connection test was SOLID. I've tried my closest servers as well as auto. I've tried low latency vs standard on twitch. I've checked all my settings and everything looks normal / the same. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening? I literally can't stream like this because it's so damn annoying. Any suggestions at all will help. I'm fully experienced in looking at all settings on OBS and Twitch.
