~Note I am using StreamLabs OBS, but I've noticed the same issue on OBS itself.
-The Log is attached
-I am streaming at 3500 bit/r and even with lowering the bit/r the problem only seems to worsen.
-I have attached my Service providers speeds, at various times, to show the throttling when under load etc.
-I am streaming at 720p (downscaling from 1080p) at 48fps. Ive also tried @ 30fps
-I doubt hardware is the issue here but here's a list anyways.
+Cpu: I7-4790k@4Ghz
+16gbs If DDr3
+Dual gtx 960's
~If you have any questions here, please let me know.
--Now the lagging part maybe the fact of my upload speed, but my friend which has a base of about 13mbp/s streams perfectly fine... And I imagine changing bit rate would allow better performance etc.
~Note I am only putting my CPU under a load of about 1-2% with the stream, and I'm not getting any frame drops or frame skips. This is all while playing Rocket league a very easy game to run.
