Capture card audio sounds perfect on my end, but randomly dips in volume on the stream feed

Hi everyone, I'm streaming a PS4 Pro through an Elgato HD60 S on a ROG Zephyrus in Windows 11.

As the title says, the game audio sounds perfect for me, but the stream feed's game audio fades in and out, and I can't tell if it's random or when the game audio gets soft and loud. I've tried so many possible solutions that I forget everything I've tried: updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling things, changing tons of settings, disabling devices, etcetera; nothing is fixing it and I'm getting desperate. I'm trying to build my budding little channel, but I can't stream with audio this bad, so I'm on a complete hiatus and my channel is dead in the water until I can get this resolved.

This redditor had the same problem, but his solution didn't work for me: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/l0wc3b/audio_fades_out_when_source_is_quiet_and_cuts/

These OBS threads were made by other users about the same issue, and they all got ignored:

Here's one of my test streams showcasing the problem at 16 seconds and 37 seconds: https://youtube.com/live/15g2TGU2-VM

Here's my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/coTHWJpNlNsiUvFa

PLEASE, someone help us get to the bottom of this horribly frustrating and mysterious problem.

Audio Monitoring Device Failure was indicated by the analyzer I also didn't hear any dips in your video though the volume was really low I had to crank my desktop volume up just to hear it

What can I do to fix the audio monitoring device failure?

As for your second sentence...that is extremely strange. I always test my stream audio on my phone, where the dips are really obvious, but based on what you just said, I just watched a few of my test streams on my desktop, and the dips don't seem to be happening.

I just listened to the test stream on my phone, heard the dips, listened to it on my desktop, didn't hear the dips, and listened to it again on my phone with Dolby Atmos turned off and didn't hear the dips. Since I've been testing my stream audio on my phone this whole time and had Dolby Atmos turned on, I think Atmos was the real culprit all along. I also never noticed how quiet my streams are until now. I've been testing them on my phone before I go live and they sound loud, and as soon as I turned off Dolby Atmos on my phone, the audio got WAY quieter, so it seems I just need to keep Dolby Atmos off on my phone for stream tests.

It seems as if this may be solved, but just to be safe, I'd still like to ensure my audio monitoring is working properly if you might help me sort that out.
