For some reason I keep on having issues with trying to capture Modern Warfare with OBS and I don't know why. I'm having problems streaming it as well as recording it (not at the same time). I keep on getting skipped frames due to rendering and encoding lag all the time and I'm not sure what to do.All the other games seem to be working fine without a problem such as Division 2, Rust, World War Z, Battlefield etc. so I'm not exactly sure what it is within the game that is causing this issue.
I know that NVENC can only use two sessions at once and I use the RTX voice but I had disabled all the ofther features such as highlights and shadowplay, not only that but I get the issue with x264 as well so I don't see how it can be a hardware issue.
Here is what I have tried so far:

Here is what I have tried so far:
- Disabled NVIDIA highlights
- Lowered the streaming bitrate
- Gave OBS higher CPU priority
- Tried running on x264
- Enabled V-Sync
- Capped the frame limit to 120
- Lowered the bitrate (Thought it might be a HDD reading issue)
- Disabled NVIDIA shadow play
- Lowered the games graphics
- Ran OBS as admin
