I444 color format (4:4:4 chroma) is already a fickle format and Resolve is one of the few editors that work it with properly.
After OBS Studio 26.1 Release Candidate 1, I444 recordings are no longer readable in Resolve: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/26.1.0-rc1
I tried OBS Studio 26.0.2 and this issue is not present, I444 recordings work fine: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/26.0.2
I can see that OBS Studio 26.1 Release Candidate 1 update logs mention the following:
Could this be what has caused I444 recordings to break?
