No. But if any viewer is getting the stream properly, it means the streaming platform received it. If they are sending it to mobile devices in a way that they can't decode, or without the video stream, then it's either an error on their end, on the viewers's end, or there's a specific requirement for what you need to send them in order to reach mobile viewers, in which case they need to tell you what it is.
I livestream regularly on YouTube, Twitch and Mixer and I have yet to see an issue where a desktop user could view the stream but a mobile viewer could not.
