Black Screen using game capture

Hi,
Here is another black screen problem.

Since Windows was reinstalled by the tech support people at a computer store, there is no way to use the game capture option.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, for what it's worth.
I have tried several things and none of them have worked. I'd say I've tried everything on google.
- Run OBS as administrator.
- Reinstall OBS.
- Uninstall and reinstall OBS.
- Uninstall, delete all OBS data from the computer and reinstall the program.
- Make OBS run using NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
- Make the computer run all programs by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
- Disable Hardware acceleration.
- Enable Hardware acceleration.
- Disable game mode.
- Enable game mode.
- Update the driver of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
It only happens with game capture.
Any ideas? I'm going to go crazy.

You're using an insider's version of Windows 11 which may have issues introduced. Please use an stable release version instead.
Looks like you also use a beta version of the GPU driver. You have installed 560.38 and latest release is 555.99

After contacting NVidia support, I removed the driver and installed the latest stable version.
When I open the program I still have the same problem, I can't even get the OBS to show the window being captured.
The curious thing is that the audio is captured.
The computer does not have other graphic cards, it is a desktop computer.
I am also out of the Insider version of Windows.
any ideas?

I have solved the problem:
In case it happened to anyone what worked for me was to delete the files in the path "C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook" and recreate the sources.
Everything works great!

Your problem only occurred when using game capture? I'm having the same problem.

4070 super, win11 23H2, 565.90 driver. It's the only solution I've found: "You should be able to capture using the "Window Capture" source - just change the capture method dropdown to Windows 10".
