Question / Help Black Screen For Game Capture and Capture Card

I recently got a capture card to record on my Xbox one and it only shows a black screen. I have no issue with the Display Capture, only game and video. I've looked and haven't found any fixes that actually work. Please let me know if you think you know what's going on.

Post a logfile from a live streaming or recording session at least 30 seconds in length. There is a pinned topic at the top of the forum with instructions on how to do so.
