Bitrate problems/quality

Hi im using an GTX 1650 Super and an ryzen 5 2600

im using NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (NEW)
1920x1080
60fps
and CBR with 12000 bitrate
Quality preset
High profile

with that bitrate im supposed to get non-pixelated game recordings with good quality but the recordings are pixelated no matter what i set
i tried going with 20000 bitrate but its still noticable and my 30 minutes video was 8GB size, while others had 2-4gb size

i dont know what to do with my settings so file size gets smaller and better quality

For recording it's adviced to use CQP intead of CBR or VBR.
The easy way is using simple output mode and select one of the presets. But if you still want to use the advanced mode, set the CQ level in a value between 23 and 15 (lower number better quality). Just test it until you get what you want and your computer allows you.
