1. Your first log contains streaming session with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, it is caused by Twitch. JK, kinda. You had/have Enhanced Broadcasting enabled, which uses NVENC, enabled on that one which had 5 streams going at a total bitrate of 10200 audio and video. This was recently added in 30.2. You probably use to stream at 6000 video so didn't run into this issue. You can adjust settings by going Settings > Stream > Service: Twitch [Use Stream Key] >. Here you en/disable and adjust limits.
Your second log shows the Auto-config wizard test using x264 also at 10200 but as a single stream (and a lower audio bitrate too, 32 instead of 160). That 128 extra bitrate could lead to 8% dropped frames but kind of a stretch.
2. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via
these instructions.
3. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
4. Only use Display Capture if you need to capture Windows stuff such as desktop, start ment, taskbar, etc. If you are trying to capture a game, remove Display Capture from the scene and then add Game Capture. If you're having problems with that, run OBS as Admin. If that doesn't work, post a new log.
