Question / Help Bitrate drops

Hi, due to unknown reason i have problems with my bitrate and dropped frames (network). Here is log file from one of many sessions where i have drops. I'm using same setting for like few months now. Log file - https://obsproject.com/logs/FKLxqo2Tg5FJKMqp

Your connection to your chosen Twitch ingest server seems unable to sustain your chosen bitrate. You may wish to use TwitchTest to determine if there is a better ingest server for you, or contact your ISP to find out if there is a problem.
