Question / Help Better Settings for fortnite streaming?

Hi, I am having trouble streaming at 1080p 60fps or even 720p 60 although I have a pretty good setup:

Processor: i7 7700k oc 4.6mhz
Monitor: LG Ultrawide 1080p 144hz
Graphics Card: gtx 1080
RAM: 32 gb
Cooler: NZXT Kraken

The stream looks pixelated and also lags at times. This even effects my gameplay in game. (FPS drop etc)

3) CBR
4) Bitrate in the range from 18000 to 51000 depending on the broadcast service
5) Keyframe interval 2
6) Preset: High quality
7) Profile: High

9) B-frames = 0

hi I use Streamlabs obs. Pls tell if that is fine.
Also why nvenc vs x264?
Finallly what is best bitrate for YouTube 1080p 60

also for the cpu usage preset I don’t have high. I have ultrafast very high high and so on
