Question / Help bad recording performance with i9 9900k and gtx 1070

I recently upgraded my computer to an i9 9900k and aorus h370 gaming 3 wifi card.
For streaming I use x264 without any problem, but I want to record my gameplays during the stream, in good quality.
I used nvenc in the recordings to not overload my processor but my recording has a lot of lag and crashes, I want to solve this problem.

View -> Stats should provide more info. Also run OBS as admin. Keep an eye on Task Manager to ensure you never hit 100% GPU, just in case.

Activate Windows game mode and run obs as administrator, this seems to have solved the problem, thanks for the help.
Unfortunately, another problem occurred when cash flow slows down, playing game 3 faster with 40 percent CPU and in-game performance performance. I found it unexpected of a processor of this magnitude.
