Audio Sources Stuck When Disabled

ISSUE: All of my audio sources are added to a specific scene "Audio Sources" so I can toggle them between scenes and only add certain ones if I want. However, for some reason I have some that are "stuck" even if I toggle the sources or switch to a scene without any audio sources. Everything under Settings > Audio is set to "Disabled".

• This just started happening after I started creating a scene for my "End The Stream" channel redeem like an hour ago
• Already restarted OBS
• OBS is set above normal priority and ran as admin
• Checked integrity of files and came back clean
• Also having issues with scene transition not sticking even without SE.Live installed
