Audio popping issues in OBS

Hello! I am hopeful someone can help me. I have a Shure SM7B that I believe is having popping issues in OBS when recording. I have tried many different combinations and am about at my wits end trying to get this microphone to work for creating Youtube videos. When speaking

Recorded audio using iMovie and QuickTime Player and I don't experience this issue

Disabled all filters in OBS
Tried 3 different XLR cables
Tried Focusrite (with and without CloudLifter) and Elgato Wave XLR (both experience same issues)
Tried Windows and Mac (with all combinations above, still get popping when speaking)
Tried aligning to both 44.1kHz and 48kHz in OBS and audio interface (with all combinations above)

If anyone knows something else to try then I would really appreciate it. I am really sad to have spent all this money on equipment only to have it not work well.

I was able to change to using .mp4 files instead of .mkv and then disabling auto remuxing them (under Advanced > Recording) and that seems to have helped. This setting is in Output > Recording > Recording Format. I still hear some light popping but it seems at least a little improved.
