Bug Report Audio bit rate halved on one scene

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm reporting two separate issues, or if they're one and the same.
I have 2 scenes (that pertain to this issue). It's a bit confusing in the logs because I believe switching the preview in studio mode logs out too:
  1. (PPT over Main Camera) Camcorder with HDMI capture card + NDI video feed whose source is visible (but invisible because it's alpha is 0) + audio input source (mixer)
  2. (PPT over Secondary Camera) NDI HX camera + NDI video feed whose source is visible (but invisible because it's alpha is 0) + audio input source (mixer)
I found this morning whenever I switched to the secondary camera scene that Facebook stream health reported the audio bit rate halved (it was around 80 instead of 160), video frame rate was unchanged. You can see this from the 16 minute mark of https://www.facebook.com/CabraAnglican/videos/1125876664421310/ where the audio gets inaudibly choppy. OBS did not have any encoding issues (CPU usage was under 20%). This problem persists throughout the stream (until we stopped using the scene around the 56 minute mark).

At the 11:09 mark according to the logs OBS showed the 'Woops, OBS has crashed!' dialog (the stream continued because I didn't press yes to acknowledge it for another hour).
Any ideas if these issues are related, and what caused the audio bit rate to dive?

(Upon restart everything worked fine again.)
