After Reinstalling OBS "Your GPU is not currently supported by Amazon IVS MultiTrack Video" after reinstalling OBS

I reinstalled OBS after factory resetting my laptop and updating all my drivers. When I tried to stream again after setting up OBS, I got the same error, even when using x264.

In OBS Stream settings deselect Enable Enhanced Broadcasting
