Does OBS studio do proper pulldown of frames from various sources when outputting to a certain framerate?
example:
So with my current settings this should take my base resolution canvas of 1080p with some 60fps sources and outputs it to the stream at 720p 30fps, BUT
Does OBS studio do proper pulldown of 60fps sources to convert them to 30fps? Or should I be changing all my sources to MATCH my output fps?

Base res: 1920x1080
Output res: 1920x1080
FPS: 29.97
